I've had a very frustrating experience with this phone. Despite being the dual SIM model, I've been experiencing numerous issues that seem to be beyond my control.

The problem started when I noticed that the dual SIM slot was malfunctioning and would often cause problems. I've wasted hours trying to troubleshoot the issue, but no matter what I try, it just won't budge.

I've tried setting my main SIM as the default for calls, messages, and data, but to no avail. The phone has somehow become set to show the main SIM as the only active network type, even though both SIMs are present in the slot.

My worst fears were confirmed when I attempted to use features like "Dual Sim Always On" - a feature that was supposed to allow for seamless switching between my two SIMs - but it's now greyed out and useless. Even after I've set my main SIM as the default network, it still doesn't work.

I'm at a loss for what could be causing this problem. It seems like every other person has been using this phone without issues, yet mine is nothing short of faulty. Given the numerous problems I've encountered, I don't think it's worth risking another purchase through a retailer that's so clearly overpriced and unreliable.

I'm planning to return this phone as soon as possible once I've purchased a new one elsewhere.
