Checked functions, sound and display seems fine. Strange issue with this model is the battery compartment seems designed for AA batteries, however upon insertion they get stuck and don't work, I used a AAA battery to turn the pager on, but it seems it's not a suitable size, this surprised me as Motorola has a reputation for good quality and didn't expect this issue in their products. Either way can't see any others online so it's a rare item.
