To Be honest I have used 3 on this phone, I presume it's unlocked. I recently replaced the battery, but 3 no longer support 3G. it's in really good ready to use condition for anyone who has 3G. it's been kept this way because of the scruffy looking case you see on pictures. It comes complete with charger and instruction book.
