This only arrived a couple of days ago after a nearby lightning strike fried my existing filtered NTE5 Mk 3 faceplate which I removed. But for it being a few days delayed it would have been installed, but as it happened BT's remote detection systems had picked up an additional unresolved fault & despatched a local Openreach engineer unannounced to sort it in the meantime. He upgraded the entire master socket to the latest 5C Mk 4 version, so this one is still unused & in its original packaging.
