This is a vintage Motorola from around 1996 It lights up when plugged in but the charger cable has perished on the outside. I can't tell you much more but it's boxed and in pretty good cosmetic condition. The rubber bit on the aerial is also a little perished. I have a couple of Motorola flare phones and a desktop charger too. Let me know if you are interested.
