All in very good condition. In boxes with instructions and power cables. We set these up for a family member so she could easily contact us and others but unfortunately she didn’t get to use these for long. We have used some of the little paper pieces that came with it but you can just cut up a photo or any piece of paper to put in the slots. The ringer on this can be set to very loud which is great for the hard of hearing and comes with an answerphone. Also with photo speed dial it will help with easy contact.
