I bought this device a few weeks ago, during the brief September Sunny Spell, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer. While I was happily driving my new USB fan along with my devices in the garden, I thought everything was great.

But things took a bit of a turn when the sun started to go on its hollibobs just after the device arrived. As a teenager, I received my first Golf Umbrella and it wasn't long before it stopped raining for months - or so I thought. Just as we were getting into the sunshine again, the weather suddenly turned grey and drizzly.

I gave this device a test run just before the sun went back on its hollibobs, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. It seems pretty tough, too, and a total dead cert addition to my holiday eDC pack. I was really looking forward to using it when the sun returns.

I have to admit that everything this device should be, but nothing more - which is why I'm giving it 5 stars with sparkly FX!
