The phone's big buttons and simple menu system made it easy for me to get started, with clear icons that I didn't need much guidance on. The volume settings worked well when I was hard of hearing, but the picture quality was really disappointing - even at the highest resolution, the images looked more like watercolour paintings than actual photos. The manual was tiny and had to be enlarged or scanned to read it effectively; I couldn't help but think that this was a major oversight for new users.

When my dad's old phone stopped working, I knew exactly which one to get him - the new model. But when I purchased it and tried to return the previous one, it seemed like the SIM card slot was blocked by something.
