This came from a relative, so I cannot verify it's working status, I have plugged it in and it starts up, but does not appear to hold charge. it is all in really good condition with no sign of use on the handset. It is a collectors item which comes complete with presentation box, manual, instruction CD carry case SD card adapter. A real gem for any serious collector
