Product Reviews

Name: Review:
I was thoroughly impressed with my experience purchasing this phone from a reliable seller.

The condition of the device exceeded my expectations, and I've never received a better deal on anything else - it's truly like it's brand new!

When I powered up my phone for the first time, I noticed that everything worked perfectly, including the battery life. And let me tell you, after using the phone for just one day, the battery capacity is already 100%.

I had this phone for three months until towards the end of July when I noticed it was getting rather hot, a concern that wasn't alleviated by checking if it had been dropped. As I'd not experienced any issues with the device itself, I decided to ignore the issue and cover the back panel again, curious as to what might be causing the problem. A few days later, I discovered that the phone was turning off on its own, which seemed suspicious given that my usage hadn't changed significantly.

I contacted URCouk to arrange for the device to be returned, but they refused to fix it, citing a claim that I had damaged the phone itself. Their response was dismissive, and I couldn't help but feel frustrated by their refusal to acknowledge a well-documented issue with certain iPhone models. URCouk seemed more interested in protecting themselves from any potential liability rather than taking responsibility for resolving the problem.

In hindsight, I think it's clear that this is not just an isolated incident - many customers have reported similar issues with this model of phone, and I'm left wondering what other potential problems lay hidden beneath the surface. My experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated by the company's lack of transparency and accountability.
