I purchased an upgrade from an 13 Pro to a 14 Pro, expecting improved performance and battery life. I was impressed with the health score at launch, but unfortunately, my device has been running extremely hot for extended periods. The heat issue is particularly frustrating as it's not just the hardware that's contributing to this problem.

I've found myself draining my battery very quickly despite having used it extensively. I'm extremely disappointed in the performance and would have likely purchased a new battery from another manufacturer if I were still using my old phone.
