Apple iPhone 12 mini, 64GB, Green - (Renewed)

I'd been really looking forward to my new iPhone, and was excited about the promise of an amazing 12-month warranty through their guarantee program. I had just purchased a brand new phone from them at full price, and was eager to get started on exploring all its features.

Unfortunately, when it came to reconditioning this particular device, things didn't quite go as planned. Despite being carefully handled, the phone case ended up falling off my bed - not too far, mind you, but enough that I could see a glimmer of shattered glass.

When I tried to use the phone, unfortunately, all of its back glass was cracked and wouldn't work at all. To make matters worse, it seems like this particular model is prone to problems - I've had phones in the past suffer similar issues with their backs, but these have been far more severe.

In my experience, modern iPhones can be pretty unreliable, and I'm not sure if this make of phone is just a matter of being unlucky or if there's something fundamentally wrong. As for me, it feels like buying from this company again would be a waste of 165 quid - I'd rather spend that money on something better.

I was really looking forward to using my new iPhone, but unfortunately, the experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

My son was really excited when I picked out this phone for him, he's been eyeing an iPhone for a while and I thought it would be a great gift.

We were pleased to find that everything worked as it should - no issues with connectivity or functionality whatsoever, which is always a plus when you're buying a second-hand device like this.

I was surprised to see how well the phone performed, considering its age. The battery life is impressive and it's not slow at all, which I knew would be a relief for my son who tends to drain his phone quickly.

The quality of the phone is at a good standard for a used iPhone - everything looks and feels like new, but with some normal wear and tear that comes with regular use. We're happy to report that we didn't need to buy more storage in this model, which is always something I try to avoid when buying used devices.

Overall, our experience with this phone has been very positive, considering its age and price point. We're all really happy with the purchase!

At first I was put off by battery not lasting full day, but after reading reviews realised it was standard with this phone.

The phone's running OS26 had no issues at all.

It may have been a slight disappointment that my battery didn't last the whole day but overall I'm really happy with its performance and compact design.
