Alcatel OT-S319 small flip phone locked to orange network but ask at an orange mobile phone store and they should unlock it if you want to use a different network. been sitting around for a while but just charged it up and appears to work although I have removed the sim card now quite a retro item with no charger but the small usb socket connects to a standard usb outlet and charges fine manual available by searching online
